Shackles of the Wretched with more than 100% reduced effect of curses - Oversight or Intended.

With the effects of elemental weakness being so nasty I decided to look into getting reduced curse effect, then I remembered that in Path of Exile you could self-curse. My findings as of now are that, where I am reducing the effects of curses to 0% on me, I am not gaining the opposite value as a buff, even though as of right now I have 134% reduced effect of curses on me. Is it safe to assume that this is an intended feature, or have I stumbled upon an oversight in the interaction with Shackles of the Wretched?

Also, the wording of curses like Vulnerability make me think there is no opposite effect, and Temporal Chains' slowing effect. Is the opposite of slow, haste? Perhaps slow resistance, just spitballing now.

I also quite like the node Warding Fetish, but with the amount of investment needed just to get curse resist to 100%, I figured this an oversight. Especially since this currently only appears possible with Titan, and travelling to Warding Fetish costs a ton of points, not to mention the attribute constraints just to cast your curses. Also, as a side note, Blasphemy supported curses do not reflect back to you with Shackles of the Wretched. Not a big deal because at 134% reduced curse, I would expect a pretty wicked reduction in the value of the buffs from self-curse.

I should have tested this before originally posting, but Hand of Chayula's reduced effect of curses is applying to the curses that I apply to myself as well, making them 84% (tree) + 36% (level 10 Hand of Chayula) reduced. Meaning I apply weaker curses to enemies, and gain no additional benefit other than immunity to curses I apply at this time, and 60% increased damage from Warding Fetish. So the previous understanding of Blasphemy was wrong. But Blasphemy still does not reflect my curses back to me.

Also my imagination for what these would give as negative effect curses, or buffs, is pretty sweet. That is all for now.
