In the atlas of Vaal Foundry, The boss fight got an issue

I was in the Vaal Foundry map, preparing to fight the boss. I went down to the ditch, and my game crashed. That was fine—I could just restart.

However, on my second attempt, after teleporting to the ditch, I got stuck. I couldn't move or attack, and the boss didn’t attack either. Then, out of nowhere, I died immediately without any indication.

Come on, GGG, this kind of immediate death bug should never happen.
Fortunately, I wasn’t playing in Hardcore mode. I can’t imagine how furious Hardcore players would be if they lost their characters like this.
