Lost passive skill points

I was refunding passives and editing them at the same time.
I changed a path from:

To:
https://imgur.com/giDYQnv

It removed all the points I wanted to remove but failed at changing the path.
After it failed, it erased all my available points - this route change was only a part of the entire edit and it kept the old path, but removed all the other points I had changed and still had available.
