Ogham village executioner boss glitch POE2

I think I'm soft locked because I beat the executioner boss and I talked to the NPCs at the village but I can't progress to the manor and I don't know why.
Edit:
Fixed it by using the waypoint but the entrance for it does not work for some reason.
