Account Locked Help Please

So I tried to login from a convention out of town and accidentally log in to the website and recover and change my password.... However it is asking to confirm code sent to my email and I am not receiving one, and yes I have checked my spam. I also emailed support almost 24 hours ago and am not even getting an auto response much less a fix. I hope someone who sees this can do something.
