São Paulo's Server Connection Problem

Multiple people from São Paulo server are having connections problems, the game just froze and after some minutes it get disconnected, but sometimes it get unfrozen and the game speed up to reach where the game should have been. This happens a lot after 1 hour of gameplay.
Also we have a problem with guild chest, it take about 1,5 seconds to transfer a item between inventory and guild chest, which makes most players just ignore the guild chest.
