pc crash in loading screen (100% reproducible)

After a month dealing with this, always while is in loading screen (being the first loading a character or using teleports/waypoints), having poe2 in windows mode, I am used to changing the music while the load screen shows up and poe2 doesn't like youtube, if you start navigating youtube while it is loading, it just crashes (always), the demanding of GPU is so big it can't stand it
