Game Freeze/Crashing in Sulphuric Caverns

I've encountered this issue only in this one map. Basically game freezes, I can't do anything and I only survive if I alt+f4 and get in game before enemies kill me. Game seem to count me as being there until I log in. I instantly alt+f4 in middle of breach and I was dead, while reacting slower without many mobs around didn't result in death.

I forgot to add that if I log back in and portals aren't up, I not only lose exp as it counts as if I've died but I lose everything I've looted unless I used portal to get out of map and then go back in.
