Waystone not complete despite 0 monsters remaining

I have completely cleared the waystone, there are 0 monsters remaining and it still hasn't changed to "complete".

If it helps, there was a breach in this waystone too (might be related to the bug).

It happened with another waystone shortly after. Similar situation, got to 0 monsters remaining and it still wasn't completed. This waystone had breach, delirium and ritual - all 3 were completed but didn't impact waystone completion.

2nd waystone was the iron citadel, so it couldn't be redone and was really annoying for atlas pathing.
