Trialmaster's Tower - Display UI to insert fragment needs fix from last patch

Description: On a Temple of Chaos Level 80 run. Unable to insert a fragment.

Repro Steps:
1) Approach the Trialmaster door.
2) The Fragment UI used to display always on to insert 1-3 fragments, but it only shows when you hover the door. However, when attempting to grab and move fragment you lose hover state and unable to insert. I haven't discovered a workaround.
