POE2: didn’t get passive points from trials of chaos / not showing POE 2 purchased on forum

As the title says, I didn’t receive the two passive Ascendency points that youre supposed to get on POE 2 trials of chaos after the 4th floor is cleared. I selected my ascendency at the altar like you’re supposed to, but I cannot put any points into my ascendency tree.

My account on the forums also doesn’t show me as owning all of my supporter packs for POE 2, is this just because of early access or is there something else I need to do? I purchased everything on PS5.
