Microtransactions restricted on console and website?

I just want to buy the Gargoyle wings which is not show in game store on PS5 console. So that I go to the website and buy enough coins to purchase the Gargoyle wings.

Interesting thing is, I cannot buy it since the website keep say "Buy Points" even if I have already enough coins.

Luckily this happens, since when I look at account related thread, I got this message

1. If I buy the Gargoyle wings on website, will it be available on my PS5 console?
2. How to resolve this "Buy Points" error on website? Does it means my coins on website are totally wasted?
3. Can I move my coins to PS5 console, at least I could use it... Since I bought stash packages using my early access points...

1. No. Nothing you buy on a platform other than PlayStation can be used on PlayStation. And likewise nothing purchased on PlayStation can be used on any other platform.

2. Your points are likely credited on your PoE/PC account. So they cannot be used to buy things for your PS5 sub-account.

3. No, unfortunately you cannot move points to/from PlayStation.


Honestly, it's an absolute disaster. They've really let anyone that plays on PlayStation down, and are essentially selling us a crippled product and experience.

Your best or only option is to lodge a support ticket asking for a refund for the purchase on the website, stating you were deceived in thinking you could use the purchase for POE2 on console.

Thank you for your reply. I surely have to ask for refund, this is so unbelievable that there are lots restriction but they don't mention on the core page, instead in posts hide behind.

Hi I got similar problem in here, I buy game on playstation and now I want some add ons and I can use website becouse they will not work on playstation:( im soooo sad :(

That's why I stop buying suporter pack and before I want to buy them all, when I find out about PS5 restrictions I can't be bothered anymore, that's sad Sony don't do nothing about this they just want make profit on players :(

Hello, i discovered also this issue after i purchased support packs for 800 euros..

Yeah, it's disappointing that a game this big has this issues....

They told us that it's Sony's fault....... How is that?! We, players, have also other cross platform games that we play...

We know that this issue it's only with GGG!!!! And again.. It's disappointing, i don't want to believe that it's a GGG tactics to just make you buy everything twice.... I refuse that.

Anyway, if you want to buy stuff from poe1, you must install the game on you're console and then go to the store! I buyed various stuff like that ( after i buyed the stuff i also was hooked with the game and i put 300 hours in it, haha... So, be careful. )
