Want to trade for better gear,but I don't understand it ( Xbox series X )

Hi I was hoping someone might possibly help me with trading in POE2,I'm on Xbox series X and play this game probably 8 hours a day but I've whispered people but don't know what to do next...I'm level 70 Stormweaver and just hit maps but I need a much better wand and unique amulet gloves & Focus,would love some advice so I can progress faster & play more characters... Appreciate the help 👍
