From Nothing Diamond Jewel Eldritch Battery Attribute Bug

From Nothing Diamond Jewel
Eldritch Battery variant.
Any attribute allocated within the radius is negated.

For example, I take the attribute node right below Eldritch Battery as Int.
When I equip the From Nothing Diamond, my character loses 5 Int.
I tried changing it to Dex. Same thing. I gain 5 dex without the Jewel.
When equipping the Jewel, I lose 5 dex.
