All my friends list has vanished

All of my friends have vanished from my friends list. Why do people hate me 😭 😭 😭 😭
I don't know if it is related, but I was randomly kicked earlier for carrying out to many actions too quickly. The game was also randomly pausing around the time I was kicked. Please can you help by either restoring my friends list and or fixing this bug. By the look of it, this is not the first rodeo for this issue.
