Steaming Springs Map Random White Flashes

I dont know what cause the white flashes, they happen even if I dont do anything in the screen (I am writing this in 2nd monitor and they are happening)

I am using DirectX12, Windowed Fullscreen, Locked Vsync, Dynamic resolution, XeSS Quality
