Breakpoint to survive "on death" effects

Has anyone gotten to a point where they no longer die to them? I'm talking about those invisible "on death" hits that happen after killing some rare and unique mobs. At 9k effective HP, 20% damage reduction, max resists and chaos immunity, I'm still getting taken out in 1 hit.
Is there a safe point in effective HP that stops this from happening? 1 death wipes out 10+ t16 maps worth of xp, and its absolutely frustrating.

ES characters with grim feast up, probably about it. Last I played mine I had nearly 20k ES while mapping, only the most fucked up double corrupt maps I'd see my real ES pool get touched.
Even ungeared level 1 characters can survive on-death effects... by not getting hit by them...

Bad design, ask it removed. On death effect should be curse, not oneshot.
They should add more on death effects like :

On monster death spawn a random trap from the trials.

on death monsters spawn a 30m aura that drains exp. 1%-1sec.

on death explode 30 flashbang grenades.

on death spawns the maven memory game , if you ignore it , it kills you.

on death spawns the trialmaster he dosnt attack just says degrading voice lines.

on death starts a 5 minute timer , you must clear the map or you die , you cant leave.

on death it puts de-buff on you and you leave a trail behind you,
and ask you a math question in chat , you have to write the reply correctly
with the trail , or you die.

on death teleports you to the augury map , but the twist is all mobs are turned into levers and there is 1 rare in the middle.

on death it randomly corrupts an item on you .

Yes, but only on maps that have no 'enemies have extra damage/penetration/crit/stun/rares with mods' explicits on them.

And can't be a lightning, cold or chaos death effect.

and not if i'm cursed/armour broken.

Other than that, some of the time i survive. sometimes.

t15's, but very still hazardous. Can't ever predict what will kill me and what i might be able to tank.

t13 i find dodging them is optional (if map mods are kind to me)

2.8k life, 70% phys reduction, 81% max res. also got Hellhound and +20% phys to chaos conversion.
That's how the game is. Either players one shot all enemies, or players get one shot.
So it is just a trading game when you trade gears up (and a lot of RMT around if you have noticed), so you one shot enemies.
POE2 made it even worse (or better if someone want it), getting one shot is a lot more pain compared to POE1. You lose all the items dropped in the ground, you lose the key to some challenges which worth a hell lot. Xp is not really a thing...
If you don't run maps with "Monsters penetrate XX elemental resistance" or "Players have -XX% maximum resistances", you should be safe with 9k ehp. I don't think I lost more then 5k ES in one hit, in maps, for quite a long time.
