Bi time bug issues!

I just cleared an Augury in Tier 10, cleared every monster outside, activated the 3 pull switches.
Only thing to do was clear out the center where the bosses are supposed to be.

Just the trash mob was in there, 0 monsters left, no bosses, map not complete!
