Server Issues Completely Impair the Ability to End-Game

As I am sure everyone has experienced, the state of the servers make mapping impossible. I have 10-17ms ping on my server, however, upon entering maps I cannot play for more than 20 seconds without getting 7-15 second long frame freezes and lagspikes. These either result in me spending 15 minutes trying to move across the map, or just dying almost immediately and losing XP, nodes, and loot. It is extremely frustrating and there is no consistent cause.

I have tried clearing shaders cache for game and nVidia, I have reset settings, turned down bloom, turned of reflex, etc... if it exists on forums I have tried it. Driver updates, lan updates, network priority for the game, etc...

System specs: nVidia 4070ti, 32GB 6k DDR6 ram, M.2 ssd install path, Ryzen 7800x3D. Fiber internet 986mb up and 954 down at time of posting.
