ACCOUNT Hacked and no word from GGG

My account was hacked lost all my orbs and ALL my gear was stripped from my chars. Cant play any more and have nothing to even play with. They use all my in game coins and then take every thing with no ward from GGG. This is real money and my account that some one took. Can GGG not help here? I emailed and nothing!
