Cant see walking effect

I bought the walking effect, but recently it can't be shown when I am walking, the weird thing is that my walking effect can only be seen when I am attacking. Does anybody know why?

I think I have found where the bug is, if you equip a One-handed mace and a Sceptre at the same time then your walking effect will disappear. I don't know why this happens, but I hope it can be fixed soon.
