I really hope they scrap trial of sekhemas

Its legit one of the worst things I have ever played. Whats the status/consensus on it right now?

It legit made me want to stop playing the game.

It's really fun.
Many improvements from Sanctum in PoE 1.
Boss 4 might have a tad too much hp though...

It's very much a love it or hate it mode, but it should 100% be optional like it was in PoE1. I hate it myself, my friend does to. We like to try and build tanky to survive hits, instead of glass canon zooming to avoid them.

Some builds have a very easy time with the no-hit honor system, but many are extremely difficult/impossible. My friend wanted to make a thorns/no attack build, it'd be impossible to do the trial for him.

We need the third ascendancy trial mode, and to have all of them available as the first one.

New players refusing to just skip it on level and outgear/level it, refusing to learn the mechanics, smashing their dumb faces against a wall and getting mad at it is what is happening.

I don't think I ever bothered to do any of the ascendancies when they were available, I just went back and smashed them later because its just a much more efficient use of time. You don't need those 2 asc points to get through normal or the other 2 in cruel etc.

And its not even like they are impossible on level, just why bother unless you are twinked out or looking for a challenge? Is it really the end of the world that you come back in like 10 levels and do it when its significantly easier?

For the 4th ascendency its the same thing, you can easily outgear ultimatum eventually especially in trade league, ya you might be delayed a few days if you are casual but are you only planning on playing that character for a week? And sanctum can be done much earlier with worse gear if you bother to learn how to run it.
