Skill Gem attribute requirements is pure annoyance in Endgame

> Respec or no longer using that gear with +X STR/DEX/INT on it
> Attribute requirement from Skill Gem no longer meet
> Run out of lower level skill gem available
> Trading is the only option to fix the problem

Make it possible to underlevel a skill when crafting it ?
Also how about enabling Skill Gem stack in the inventory / chest , and display the full name with their rank Level when on the ground ?
