Gear Item Pop Up UI Feedback

Remember that episode of Game Of Thrones where it was so dark that everyone the next day didn't talk about what happened on the show but just how dark it was... the whole world was like "why the heck was it so dark??? I couldn't see ANYTHING???"

Seriously, the first week or two of early access no one even knew this was a thing because no one could see it. Seriously, please make it so you can clearly see the Tier levels of mods on items AND/OR have it always showing.

At the very least make it easier to see (I swear I have to lean towards my monitor and squint every time). Maybe have it be an option in options, to have it always display the mod groups and mod Tiers without having to press ALT (if you don't want it to just always show).

Please note: This is not "low priority" or a "some day" thing... (please do this now, so it is not forgotten.. just like with Game of Thrones the world playing PoE2 EA is asking why is it so hard to see!) thank you!
