Locked on main account since December 18th

Hi, my main account crumpm#2011 has been locked since December 18th. On the night of the 17th/morning of the 18th, my account was charged for four early access keys through PayPal. This was not me and I had PayPal mark this as fraud and was promptly refunded. After contacting support on the 18th, I received my first reply in exactly three minutes asking me about my account + a few of the characters on my account. I then replied within five minutes to that email and have not heard back since.
I do not know how my account was accessed, I play through steam. I was not alerted that my account was logged into from a new location. It has been over three weeks since I have heard back from support. Being fraudulently charged $120 overnight and not hearing back from support for three weeks is frankly unacceptable. I've been playing PoE since 2018 and have supported the company enough to where I did not need to purchase an early access key (met the lifetime support threshold.) Account payment information being breached should be of the highest priority for support. I should not have to make an alternate account three weeks later to post this in the first place. Over the past few weeks I have seen other posts about this exact thing happening so if anyone else would like to post about similar experiences, please do. From what I have seen it has all been through PayPal and a purchase of four early access keys totaling $120. Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 3:45:00 PM

I appreciate the reply here, but I still find a response time of over three weeks to an issue that summed up to $120 of fraud to be extremely unacceptable. I hope to hear back soon, but I am not holding my breath.

Support is a myth you are getting automated responses on the forums by AI. Its the same copy pasta everyone has been getting since launch

iv been locked since the 14th no response yet... im losing my mind I spent 460$ on this game and got to play it for a week.
