I'm not taking back what I said but I lost my cool, my friend also told me I should be about level 60-70.. I'm level 45 at act 3.. lol. I wondered why it was so hard but I'm also barely getting any XP after wiping out half the map on the aggorat. Is there a XP cap requirement for going above your level as far as fighting enemies? I feel like I should be leveling up way faster in a level 60-70 enemy area at 45/46

You also get experience penalty from being in a too high area.
Precisely to prevent boosting.
