Atlas nodes connected with dotted line yet can't run adjacent map.

I have a completed/green atlas node "Savannah" connected with a line to another node "Decay". I cannot run decay like i don't have access to it. The node is still yellow (not blue) connected to a green node. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 11:39:26 AM
