UI Tooltip Bug

"Inspect" and "Use" tooltips persist after closing the inventory.

Repro Steps
Bind "alt + *any key*" to the inventory toggle.
Hover over and item
While still hovering, close the inventory with the above bind toggle.

The tooltips for "inspect" and "use" will remain besides the cursor until the inventory is reopened, hovered over an item and closed while not hovering an item
