Refunds for cosmetic items are not supported in Path of Exile 2.

Hello, I am a new player to Path of Exile and recently made a few unintended purchases. I mistakenly purchased two access keys and also used points to purchase other items which I now understand are only usable in the original Path of Exile (Settlers of Kalguur) and not Path of Exile 2. I was unaware of the distinction between the two versions and their respective online stores.
As I only intend to play Path of Exile 2, I would like to request a refund for these purchases so that the points can be correctly allocated for use within Path of Exile 2.

My understanding is that they will eventually port all cosmetics from PoE 1 to 2, so wait long enough and you'll have it. Otherwise, you can try contacting support.
