Monk: Can't swing weapon. Perma-stun locked.

Not sure what is going on, but I can only seem to complete 1 out of 3 Breaches with my Monk. So many mobs are spawning that I'm being hit from 360ˆ around me.
I have swing speed on my gloves, weapons...Passive tree.,,,,, I'm level 87 trying these on Tier 10 maps..... Is my only option to get a 3 slot belt and fill it will Stun charms? Are you using any Knockback/Blind? You're playing at a higher level than my monk, but I found both of those helpful when getting swarmed.

Either use area attacks before the enemies reach you or use the support and items that will increase your stun threshold. Unless you go all health your stun threshold will be super low.
