How to disband guild ?

Hi, I created a guild with a friend to share stuff but he doesn't play anymore.

I want to leave the guild to join another one, but I can't leave as I am the leader, and I can't promote anyone since he doesn't play anymore.

How can I leave or disband the guild ? Thanks !
