Increase FPS/video settings.

Hello, everyone.
I'm playing on a 4K display with an RTX 4090 GPU. When I play my minion build, my FPS drops from 140 to 50, especially in breaches. I've tried changing all the video settings from high to low, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I've also changed the target FPS, but that doesn't help either. Even changing the resolution from 4K to 1080 doesn't change the FPS. It's the same FPS, regardless the settings I set. I've updated to the latest drivers, and all my other games work perfectly; when I change the settings in those games, the FPS changes as well. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you pull up the statistics (where it shows gpu and cpu ms) and list what the ms is for each when you get frame drops?
