Lost 8% maximum life quest in ACT I (Cruel Difficulty)

I'm playing a Demon Form Infernalist and after completing the quest Candlemass, the living rite in Ogham Manor, ACT I (Cruel difficulty) since I was unable to move the quest reward book from my inventory to the stash I dropped it but now I wanted to get that 8% maximum life into my character however after trying to do the quest again it didn't drop the quest reward

After further investigation, there appears to be a bug where quest items can fail to drop from bosses under certain conditions. We will be looking into fixing this.
