Breach bug

Hello,

Since the breach bug is not on the known issues list, and i have encountered it a few times already I am here to report it again. I was doing a t15 map which contained 4 breaches (thanks to the talent or a tablet, not sure which one procced). Upon doing the 3rd breach halfway through clearing it like crazy the game froze, froze in the sense that the animations kept running but i couldnt move anymore, all mobs stayed in position and i had to return to logout screen and log back in to find the map had closed and i lost loot. Please fix, its quite annoying cause i am pretty scared of running breaches now (even though they have great profit potential).
