You just released a game and went into vacation period, which was not an awesome move to begin with, now there is been 0 communication since your return.
People are cutting you some slack because the fundamentals seem good, but that is predicated on the assumption that your vision moving forward and theirs align. The longer there is no communication the more that assumption erodes. You dont need to get a fix out right now, expecting that would not be realistic, but you can communicate what adjustments, if any, you are making to your vision, given the loads of feedback received. They've made literally four patches since they got back. They've even updated the known/ priority bugs list and posted on Twitter. Do you want them to call you personally or what? Calm down and touch grass my dude.
