Perpetual Charge - and other Charge refund bugged

Hello!



Given Support Gem specifically states it counts as Consuming the Charges.
Yet, effects like:


or

etc.

Are not getting triggered when Charges consumption (with refund) happens.

It is working like that for all the refunds:
Charges refunded/not removed = consuming effect not triggered.

I suspect "refund" logic is not in place yet and using temporarily the "not removed so not consumed" logic instead. Or is just bugged atm.
