Constant failures to connect and disconnects

Ive had this throughout playing POE 2 but I could always eventually get in. For the last two days nothing has worked

Ive tried everything suggested while googling, and my internet connections is fine for every other application

Sometimes the game cant connect to the patch server
The next time I try it fails on launching the game
The next time I try it puts me on the character select screen but crashes when I select a character
The next time it allows me all the way into the game but crashes when I try to enter a map
