Account locked past 168 hours

Locked out for "168" hours over a week ago over global chat joke. 168 hours has passed as well as over 10 emails to support and no fix or response. Cannot access account name so all I have to offer is steam 16 digit id number. Pathetic at this point, spent close to $100 on ea and cosmetics. Get me in touch with a senior staff member and i'll provide my steam id so they can fix this bullsht. Unreal how sht ggg treats their players. Had to create an account just to post this.

Bump, exact same issue with me. Locked over bullshit. 168 hours came and went long ago. Unlock my account already. This is unbelievable.

Already emailed, once a day the last week and didn't get further than your bs auto reply. Spent good money on mtx. This is a you problem to fix, not me. Get a senior staff member to email me and I'll send out my steam ID so they can fix it.

Emailing once a day isn't the problem... the problem is ggg ignoring its players. Locking accounts is wild to me, especially when people pay money for this sht. Gotta have better systems in place for this kinda thing. Or at least honor the "168" hours as told.
