Temple of Kopec Checkpoint Bug

When on the quest Legacy of the Vaal, And on the "Defeat Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun.

I got to the last part of the quest, fighting the boss and took every checkpoint on the way(1-3). I died to the boss and instead of being sent back to the checkpoint right outside of the boss room (#3) i was instead sent to the very beginning of the temple by the very first Checkpoint (#1). When using the checkpoints #1 and #2 works fine and you are sent to them however, even when you click the #3 checkpoint it sends you back to checkpoint #1 instead.
