[BUG] Blink Spirit Gem with Second Wind

Hi devs,

There is a bug with those 2 gems combined:

When all cooldown is available with Blink capability, using space bar make sometime Blink used twice instead of one time and using all cooldown.

It doesn't proc all the time but it's really annoying when it happen.
