Disconnection from the server on maps based on time spent.

GGG when will you solve the problem with the map crashing after spending a certain amount of time on it?
2% chance of 10 rifts on the map and I NEVER CLOSED EVERYTHING for a very long time to collect loot and open all the briches.
It’s VERY INSANE when tons of loot and a whole passage lies on the 1st map and you are thrown out by being disconnected from the server and the portal closes as if you had died, although the experience does not affect you and the map is failed. The same thing happens when you are in the citadel and have not yet reached the boss.

What is the time limit? I've never heard of such a thing. I have paused in a map, gone to make and eat dinener and returned with no problems.

Just happens to me. My portals to stone citadel just disappeared and map shows as in progress, i relog in hope it'll fix it and now map shows as failed, like WTF!!???
