POE2 - Can't trade

I am logged into POE2 and pull up the trade. Try to whisper someone and it tells me that I have to be logged into the game at the same time.
(Scratches head!!!) I am logged into both so not sure why it will not allow me to trade. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 8:53:11 AM
