movement speed modifier / penalty reverse logic ?

the only pieces with armor left is gloves -> 37 armor
there is no change if i take them off

i can put on my pure armor boots (300 armor ) and they show as 25% movement speed modifier

if i put on my pure ES paper slippers - they show as 21.2 movement speed modifier

if i take off my pure ES body chest piece - it goes from 21.2 to 25 movement speed modifier


putting on heavy chest with 800 armor and 300 ES

move speed modifier drops from 21.2 to 20%



how is this logical ?

this appears fine at first - huge thanks for having hidden stats

but this is some reverse logic

putting on heavy boots (300 armor ) makes me faster
but using paper slippers with energy shield makes me slower



why is this a thing

solved

change in boots drops int which was required to wear the chest piece
thus dropping the speed penalty because chest piece its now offline
