Keeping up tailwind gets tedious

The Ranger's Tailwind is really, really good, and thus you (or at least I) don't ever want it to wear off. After a couple hundred hours playing ranger with said skill, I find that it detracts from my overall experience having to constantly micromanage keeping the buff up in between encounters.

I get why it was made to be like this, but I want to propose a simple change: Remove the timer.

You sill lose all stacks upon being hit and have to build them up again, but it means I can actually keep focusing on the game and the visuals rather than look up in corner or keep firing just to keep the dang thing going.

So again: Once you have 10 stacks, you keep them until you're hit. No timer
