Getting league mechanics in maps with horrible layouts feels bad man

I'm traversing this beautiful Atlas through narrow obstructed corridors and I think to myself who would do this - who would put all these pillars right down the middle of an already narrow corridor and then also cram in a shrine, expedition graves, a ritual altar and maybe even a breach hand, all into a small space where not even two desiccated zombies can fit abreast?

What diabolical architect crams so many things into small obstructed spaces, things that require the player to move and see what he's standing on and generally have room to maneuver.

And then I remember that in Path of Exile 1 exists this beautiful piece of technology which dynamically adds an open space to otherwise narrow maps, to fit inside the Betrayal fortification, so that players can actually play the mechanic.

And I wish we had something like that in our new beautiful Path of Exiles 2. I wish that league mechanics (expedition, breach, ritual) in narrow maps would simply create a smooth open space for themselves and some room to breath for us.
