POE2 - Crash - "[D3D12] Failed to create resources for texture []"

I think I've gotten this crash twice today.
- Once when opening a map, it crashed after the portals started opening. (tho didn't get a pic or video for to know if it was the same error) - Again when I was using the currency exchange and looking at the different currencies I had to offer. I am getting this error a lot in the last few days. RTX 2070 super with an AMD 9700x win11 latest version. Try vulkan and I get the same error vulkan error instead
