PS5 purchase can't play on PC

I have purchased in December on PS5 the Path of Exile 2 Founder's Pack - King of the Faridun and created account poe account in-game.
Few days ago i tried to play it on pc by using login with PS and downloaded from the official site.
When I launched the game and try to login and received a message that I need to purchase the early access.
Verfied on the site on my account, and it seems that my characters from the progression on the PS5 don't appear. Also, seems that I have the message "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."
As I understood, is not required for cross-save to purchase on multiple platforms.
