[Trial of chaos] Seccond char won't get any points in lvl 2 trial of chaos

Hello,
I have a problem, i created seccond char, completed 1st trial of chaos and lvl. Also lvl 1 and lvl 2 "trial of sekhemas". So total asendancy point amount is right now 6.
Im currently lvl 76, and i have different lvls (60-74) "inscribed ultimates", but the text on the "key" is greyd out and i won't recive any ascendancy points. I should be able to gain ascendancy points from lvl 60 inscribed ultimetes.

What could be the problem, any help will be wonderful.
