Add moderation to the chat

The chat is full of Diablo 4 [Removed by Support] people who confuse trade chat with general chat and spam 100 messages per second in an attempt to buy some shit at obviously unfair prices, full of RMT ads. In the poe1, they were banned, now they live in peace.

Chat has moderation, as do the forums which I suspect you are about to learn of

There is no moderation in the chat, I constantly insult people and have never received even a 15-minute ban, in the first part after the first message I went to rest for an hour

is it really tho? maybe if youre unable to play without buying your gear from someone else but thats a user issue not a game one
grouping just makes it harder, unless you need someone else to carry you but again, thats a user issue not a game one

it is not a mmo and it is not a soapbox chatroom. if youre wanting conversation and company youre in the wrong place

You don't need to be provoked....clearly you are already tilted dude and won't really appreciate a real conversation. And your posts were already addressed, twice.

As mentioned above, there IS chat moderation. Bots get banned every few minutes or even seconds, but the bots can't ever be "beaten" because they can make infinite accounts with infinite characters and do it FASTER than any moderator or team of moderators can catch. As for using the wrong channel: that is actually moderated pretty regularly and you can get muted for spamming the wrong channel. But there needs to be a grace period because I bet there isn't a single player in the game's existence that hasn't accidentally typed into the wrong chat multiple times in their lifetime.
