Omen of Amelioration doesn't activated

Lv94 and I was mapping with "Omen of Amelioration" then i died and lost %10 exp. Item is still selected in my inventory and didn't use it.

Same here. Sometimes it activates, and sometimes it doesn't.
When it doesn't activate on lvls 95+ it really hurts. Fix it fix it fix it. It's prolly low prio, so maybe it gets fixed for release :/ If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.
